  • Ensure a stable technical infrastructure and secure global data storage.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

By using ViBE ZO, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • You are not legally prohibited from using any digital platform.
  • Your account has not been previously disabled due to serious violations.
  • You are not listed on international sanctions or watch lists.
  • You are not convicted of: Money laundering, Terrorism financing, Sexual offenses.
  • You use the account personally and do not represent a prohibited entity.

5. Prohibited Content (Strict Policy)

The following content is strictly prohibited on Live or Vibes:

  • Nudity, sexual content, or inappropriate material.
  • Violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats.
  • Promotion of terrorism or extremist content.
  • Money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activities.
  • Drugs, weapons, or illegal activities.
  • Violating others' privacy or defaming them.
  • Any content contrary to general values or ViBE ZO community rules.

Violations may result in content removal, broadcast suspension, withholding of earnings, or temporary/permanent account bans without prior notice.

3. Account and Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are fully responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account.
  • Prohibited actions include: Selling, renting, or transferring accounts; Sharing your account with any other party.

9. ViBE ZO Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or delete usernames.
  • Remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Update or discontinue any part of the Service.
  • Use automated and human review systems to ensure compliance.
