ViBE ZO provides virtual items, including but not limited to Coins and Gifts, which can be purchased, earned, and used within the platform.

1. Overview of Virtual Items

Virtual items may be used for:

  • Sending and receiving gifts
  • Accessing premium features
  • Participating in events and activities
  • Earning eligible rewards in accordance with platform rules

2. Coins – Purchase and Usage

  • Coins may be purchased within the ViBE ZO platform, with prices clearly displayed prior to completing any transaction.
  • All transactions are processed using supported payment methods and the selected currency.
  • Additional fees may apply, including transaction fees or payment gateway charges.
  • Once purchased, coins are non-refundable and non-reversible.
  • Purchased coins are credited directly to the user's account upon successful payment.
  • Coins are intended for use within ViBE ZO only and may not be exchanged for real money, sold, or traded outside the platform, except as expressly permitted under ViBE ZO's approved systems.

4. Coins – Earning and Withdrawal

Users may earn coins through:

  • Live streaming
  • Short videos known as Vibes
  • Messages
  • Comments
  • Replies to comments
  • Guest appearances
  • Viber / PK features

Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, users must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Meet all eligibility and verification requirements
  • Use a supported withdrawal method available in their country

5. User Responsibilities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots, scripts, macros, or unauthorized automation tools
  • Fake engagement or artificial transfers of coins or gifts
  • Any attempt to generate fraudulent or illegitimate income

Virtual items do not constitute real money or property, and misuse outside the permitted framework of ViBE ZO is prohibited.

Payment Terms

  • ViBE ZO accepts supported payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other approved electronic payment options.
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize ViBE ZO or its payment service providers to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
